OMNIREFORM

THE NEED FOR DEMOCRATIC REFORM
IN OUR POLITICAL SYSTEM

OMNIREFORM is a way to make individual voices heard as part of the collective and to initiate and create transformational change, based on real issues and real solutions of "WE THE PEOPLE".

CRISIS OF LEADERSHIP

We Have Lost Trust in Our Leadership

"With a growing Trust gap and trust declines worldwide, people are looking for leadership and solutions as they reject talking heads who they deem not credible. In fact, none of the societal leaders we track—government leaders, CEOs, journalists and even religious leaders—are trusted to do what is right, with drops in trust scores for all."

"Without a trusted leadership source to look to, people don’t know where or who to get reliable information. The global infodemic has driven trust in all news sources to record lows with social media (35 percent) and owned media (41 percent) the least trusted; traditional media (53 percent) saw the largest drop in trust at eight points globally."

THE APPROACH TO WHOLE SYSTEM HEALING

Shifting Leadership Into the Hands of "WE THE PEOPLE"

 LINEAR & DEMOCRATIC

A Ever Evolving System of Questions, Answers, Feedback, Polls to Explore Possibilities and Find Solutions

OMNIREFORM is a participatory and self regulating system that allow for decentralized voices and opinions to come together in one place for maximum impact.

At its root is a complex, yet easy to use system of exchanging information and opinions until agreeable solutions are explored and found.

Change is created based on the proportional majority within a democratic process.

NONLINEAR  & ENERGETIC

Understanding How Our Mind Shapes Our
Physical Reality

OMNIREFORM aids a process that encourages our members to become aware of the potential of our minds.

It focuses on what it is that we want to create, individually and collectively to move the trajectory towards peaceful resolutions and solutions.

OMNIREFORM encourages the process of changing our perceptions that impact us negatively, to free up space and to allow for more energy to focus on solutions.

With

1. EXPLORING OUR CURRENT REALITY

THE SYSTEM AND INFRASTRUCTURE TO IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS

OMNIREFORM

EXPLORING OUR
CURRENT REALITY

"We must reform society before we can reform ourselves"

George Bernard Shaw

The first step into liberation is awareness. What is the reality of our individual as well as collective experience. What challenges do we as well as others specifically face and how can we turn these challenges into opportunities?

  1. finance & economy

  2. environment & sustainability

  3. social justice, violence & war

  4. freedom, liberties & human rights

  5. wellbeing & healthcare

  6. education

By knowing the exact challenges, especially on a local level, we can then collectively explore and implement solutions.

This starts with asking the right questions.

At the centre for our proposal for OMNIREFORM is the idea and technology that allows for a constant two-way stream of questions, information, opinions and votes to flow into one central system.

Based on subject matters, topics and geolocations and with the help of algorithms and AI it allows to explore our current reality at any given moment.

From you, as the focal point towards the local, nationals and global level, like a monthly system check, pulse and referendum with a constant feedback loop.

2. NAVIGATING FROM INFORMATION TO SOLUTION

NAVIGATING FROM INFORMATION
TO
SOLUTIONS

"We must reform society before we can reform ourselves"

George Bernard Shaw

Finding solutions requires accurate information and realistic options, that are easy to navigate.

Our algorithms and system is designed with many customizable features including filters, search engine, hashtags and the possibility to zoom from a global level to a local level.

This allows members to recognize various vantage points, cause and effect, based on cultures, economies and environment that allow for a holistic approach to finding solution.

In a linear concept there is always cause and effect. Exploring possible solutions will not only have an impact on our lives, but the lives of others. Therefore many aspects, perspectives and vantage points have to be considered when looking at whole system healing.

Centered around weekly questions, answers and pulses. What is it that we want to create? What actions are willing to take, each and every one of us, collectively, realistically and with the greatest impact?

Our weekly set of questions pertain to all areas of our lives and include environment, education, human rights, social justice and many more. These questions are curated by leading experts, visionaries, solutionaries or members.

Members are encouraged to actively participate in these pulses to learn, grow and offer solutions through a feedback loop system and pulses. The estimated time needed to answer questions and give feedback is approximately 20 minutes per week.

RESULTS IN REAL TIME

Learn what other people think, propose and offer in real time through collective barometers . This information will be made available to non-members, media, press and political leaders, allowing each to take appropriate action.

TAKING ACTION

Knowing the solutions is only half the journey. Change requires first and foremost willingness, followed by action. What actions are we willing to take, what is at stake and how committed are we?

1. individual actions based on circumstances, geographical location, social, political and environmental factors.

2. collective actions that can be agreed upon as a guiding principles.

4. COLLECTING FEEDBACK & MEASURING RESULTS

The final step is to measure our success, collect feedback and find ways to improve on that what was created.

Our objective is to build resilient, sustainable and interconnected communities to shift into the emergence of a NEW CIVILIZATION by:

1. Supporting each other in our effort for peaceful, global and transformational change.

2. Building strong local support groups and systems that are able to assist and support each other in real communities around the world.

Considering future emergencies (energy, water & food shortages, environmental crises and future pandemics) it is ever more important to build and implement local support systems.

THE HUMAN CONNECTION

Our ambassadors are the human connection between the virtual and physical reality and act as support mechanism for a group of up to 144 members.

Ambassadors assist with questions, needs and solutions and are engaged in local communities to help facilitate change

The larger the network becomes, the closer the physical proximity of the ambassador to the group will become.

THE HUMAN CONNECTION

OMNIAMBASSADORS also function as the connection point between other OMNICIRCLES, allowing for our network to be supported by a defined structure of interconnected and interdependent micro-communities.

THE DETAILED PROCESS

Member Profiles Based on Geolocation*

For this system to work most effectively, our algorithms work with the geolocation of each member in an effort to have the greatest impact locally, at the same time being able to connect, organize and implement solutions globally. This allows for the most effective and efficient collaboration related to specific areas, cultures, needs and opportunities.

*to protect the privacy of our members, geo-locations are approximate locations (within 1 square mile) and based on longitude and latitude.

Organized in Groups

Members are automatically added to 3 different groups:

1. Member that invited you.

2. Members that you have invited.
3. Members in your closest geographical proximity. (Maximum 144 members per group)

As our network expands in size, your specific geolocation group will constantly change, due to the increase in proximity. This allows for more effective and efficient collaboration related to specific areas, cultures, needs and opportunities.

Additionally, Members can:

1. Find and join any other group based on specific hashtags or geolocation
2. Create a group based on specific interest, causes based on hashtags and/or geolocation.

The Question Process:

Periodically (every two weeks) we will send a set of questions to our Members that are curated by:

1. Our Team
2. Leading Experts & Luminaries
3. Individual Members or Groups within our network.

These questions pertain to all areas of our lives and include environment, education, human rights, social justice and many more. They may be uncomfortable in their nature and the quest for truth, but need to be asked and can't be avoided.

Part of your membership and commitment is to answer these questions, which will take about 20 minutes and is the backbone of Omni Governance.

Creating Pulses:

Through the evolving questioning process we aim to create pulses for the following reasons:

1. A reality check of our current situation, from the local level to the global level with relevant information.
2. Through this reality check, we create awareness within our platform around the many challenges that we and others face. The first step into liberation is awareness, based on facts and truth.
3. By knowing the challenges, we can then explore solutions.

Our algorithms will upstream and downstream the answers to these questions in order to create theses pulses. These will then be shared with all members, political leaders, policy makers, news agencies and the media.

Finding Solutions While Recognizing Impact:

In a linear concept there is always cause and effect. Exploring possible solutions will not only have an impact on our lives, but the lives of others. Therefore many aspects, perspectives and vantage points have to be considered.

Taking action towards whole system healing means looking at the whole picture while keeping the end goal in mind.

From Solutions to Results:

Knowing the solutions is only half the journey. Change requires first and foremost willingness, followed by action. What actions are we willing to take, what is at stake and how committed are we?
There are two ways of taking action:

1. INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS based on circumstances, geographical location, social, political and environmental factors.
2. COLLECTIVE ACTIONS that can be voted on and agreed upon as a guiding principles and/or steps moving forward.

Together they will produce results.

The Feedback Loop:

The final step is to create a feedback loop within our platform, measure the success and find ways to improve on that what was created.

Our objective is to build resilient, sustainable communities to:
1. Support each other in our effort for peaceful, global and transformational change.
2. Build strong local support groups and systems that are able to assist and support each other in times of crises. (Energy, Water & Food Shortages, Environmental Crises, Future Viruses and more)

Undoubtably, one of the biggest challenges we currently face on the planet is our current climate crises. More than ever before, our action is needed and therefore a true and honest understanding of the facts surrounding it and the solutions that are at hand.

While we can still wait for our political leadership to implement regulations regarding our climate crises we have to recognize that the responsibility ultimately is with each and one of us. This current challenge can also be the greatest opportunity for humanity by coming together, inspiring each other and learning from our past with forgiveness and gratitude.

Humanity's Greatest Challenge

Human and Environmental impact transcends our borders,
but the solutions are within each and one of us.
